To Process a Refund or Replacement:
- You must request a refund or replacement within 30 days of placing your order.
- Send us a photo of the defective item, clearly showing the issue.
- Describe the problem in detail, so we can understand what went wrong.
- Include your receipt and order number to verify your purchase.
You do not need to return the product. This allows us to provide you with a quicker and more convenient solution.
