Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, with shipping occurring the next business day after processing.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at shopveeto@gmail.com for assistance.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP, meaning you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
